I cropped a couple of the pictures on Mark's blog to get the Power Pickles logos. If they're not, the logo will automatically be centered, and then you can select a background color for the parts that are not covered.
Remember that your picture(s) that you upload should be a perfect square. EA wants you to respect copyrights, but if you're not submitting your school to the public servers, well.

This includes the university name, the team nickname, the city and state of its location (which are very important if you play this in Dynasty Mode because it affects what recruits are happiest signing with you), the head coach's name, the stadium name, whether it's a 1-A or 1-AA college, its inception year, its prestige, and its colors. The first step is to input basic team information. Be sure to save often! The team building website does not auto-save, and you wouldn't want to lose your work from a browser or computer crash, especially during the roster edits! You can save your school anytime via the Save School button in the top-right corner. Regardless, you'll have to link your EA Sports account to your Xbox Live or PSN username if you haven't already. You'll need to register with EA Sports (via links in the upper-right corner of the browser), or login if you already have an EA Sports account. To start the process, first head to this address: Team Builder is done online, and the team becomes imported into the actual game.
Team Builder allows you to create a high school or college for use in all modes except for School Showdown.
